Creative Arts Safaris, a boutique multi-day tour operator specialising in textile, pottery, cooking and creative travel sketching tours to exotic international destinations like Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, India, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan had a wonderful and unique tour business, but they needed to grow awareness and bookings.
Despite a loyal following and 20+ years of expertise from founder and lead guide Fiona, their self-built Wordpress website wasn't pulling its weight, and they lacked a structured approach to generating leads at scale.

We began with a full audit and identified the website as a key barrier to high value enquiry and conversion.
We created a micro-test with a high-converting landing page to prove the opportunity, leading to a complete website rebuild—giving the client a high converting and fully manageable site with no ongoing costs.
From there, we rolled out Meta advertising campaigns targeting both Australian and international audiences, testing lead generation ads alongside campaigns driving enquiries to the website.
We leveraged unique creative assets—such as videos from tours—to showcase the experience, while email nurture sequences converted leads into bookings. This combination of targeted creative, optimised tracking, and global reach ensured consistently low costs per lead.
