Creative Arts Safaris, a boutique multi-day tour operator specialising in craft, textile, and travel sketching tours to destinations like Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, India, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan, needed to grow awareness and bookings.

Despite a loyal following and 20+ years of expertise from founder and lead guide Fiona, their website was underperforming, and they lacked a structured approach to generating leads at scale.
